Clean rooms, very helpful personnel. I had a flat tire and they did everything they could to sort it out with the rental company via phone. Very centrally located, the main square (cathedral) is three minutes away; the convent is 1km on foot. We felt safe at all times.
Small and tidy hotel with clean rooms very close to the center of Valladolid. The rooms are alright, just the live music next door in the evenings and the lack of water pressure (even by Mexican standards) were bothersome. The staff hardly spoke any English which wasn't an issue at all. Private parking was a plus. If I could give 4,5 stars considering the price/performance I would, it was among the better hotels I've stayed in Mexico, just not quite 5 stars.

Great location. The staff was very helpful with all our requests. The breakfast contains a lot of sugar, would have been nice with bread that wasn’t sweet. All in all, a comfortable stay in a very beautiful city!
Very nice and clean place. Rooms have AC and are very cozy. People is very kind. The hotel is small but conveniently located and it has its own parking lot. Only thing I missed was a wardrobe.
Nice, cozy and comfortable. Service is good, internet is accessible. As most hotels in Mexico, their star rating is very relative and should not be relied upon. Could be noisy as the doors and windows have no real thickness or soundproofing. Water is there, but pressure is a bit iffy. No bar or even a coffee machine, which was a bit of a downer. Would stay there again. Good value for money.
Unassuming little hotel in the center of Valladolid. Rooms are small, but just fine for a 1-2 nigh stay. Not a very comfortable bed, but passable. Staff was courteous. If YOU'RE driving from Cancun beware of toll road that is oppressively expensive ($18USD) and only takes pesos. About 35-45 min to Chichén Itzá.

Really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The bed was comfortable, the room was big. Great WiFi. Hot water, good air conditioner. Great location, just 5 mins from the square. Free parking lot.
